| Article number: kb-9 | Q. How do I check an existing e-mail account?
A. To check your e-mail follow these steps EXACTLY:
1. Log into the cPanel for your account.
2. Click on Mail. (not Webmail)
3. Click on Add/Remove Accounts
4. Click on Read Webmail for the support@ account.
5. Fill in the password and click submit.
6. Choose Horde or SquirrelMail
